In solemn recognition of Her late Majesty, the Government of Alberta has announced that September 19, 2022 will be a provincial day of mourning.
The day has not been legislated as a public national holiday, but the Minister of Education encourages schools to offer opportunities for students to take part in the day of mourning
Given this information, Monday September 19, 2022 all schools in the Palliser School Division will proceed as per the approved calendar.
