Laura Sommerville
Grade 1 Teacher
Hello! I am Mrs. Sommerville and am part of the grade 1 teaching team. I have been an elementary educator since 2005. In my classroom I strive to create a team environment and an inclusive culture where everyone feels cared about, encouraged, and honoured as their unique self. I believe in having fun, being kind to ourselves and others, and having a growth mindset.
When I am not at school I am shuttling my four children around to various activities! In my free time I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time outdoors with my family.
